Shea’s music explores themes of love, mental health, and self-acceptance, drawing from personal experiences. She recently released the song “anxieties” both as a solo performance and with her band, showcasing her versatile musical style.

She has collaborated, toured, and shared the stage with Sam Pounds, Family Company, Fingazz, Allen Stone, SeeForYourself, Propaganda, 9 Theory, Raquel Rodriguea, Sam Brawner, Swatkins, Moorea Masa, Lil Rob, and David Fransisco.
