OTIS-GO is an ensemble co-led by saxophonist Artie Black and trumpeter Alex Massa. The band thrives on the singular voices of some of Chicago's most dynamic improvisers: alto saxophonist Fred Jackson, Jr., guitarist Dave Miller, bassist Katie Ernst, and drummer Greg Artry. Otis: GO performs original compositions by Black and Massa written specifically for this sextet. The vibe of the group reflects the spirit of its members: playful, sincere, and unafraid to venture into the country known as FUN.
